Are you looking for a new challenge where you can apply your skills as a software team leader? In this role, you take responsibility for product development and lead a team of professionals. You are responsible for developing advanced electronic solutions and bringing ideas to life. Your technical expertise and leadership skills enable you to successfully implement complex projects. You are a professional with experience in product development and are seeking a new opportunity to contribute your skills.
Responsibilities:
- You develop embedded software in C/C++ within customer projects
- In this role, you lead the software development team personnel-wise and support it through coaching and further development
- As a software team leader, you plan software development resources and coordinate them with project managers
- You promote professional skills and knowledge transfer within the team
- In this role, you support effort estimations, project staffing, and technical escalations
- You ensure compliance with development processes and quality standards within your team
Qualifications:
- You have completed studies in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable education
- You bring several years of experience in software development
- You have experience in leading employees or teams
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and independent manner
- You possess strong communication skills and enjoy developing and motivating employees
- You have very good German skills as well as English skills at C1 level
