System Engineer M/F

As a Swiss Romande IT service company, we bring experience and expertise to private and public organisations. As part of our development and to strengthen our team, we are looking for a:

System Engineer M/F

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement and develop our identity and access management tools: account creation, lifecycle, regular checks, high privilege accounts, conditional access.
• Support security, authentication and rights management projects on Azure.
• Manage application access via Microsoft Entra ID.
• Ensure daily operation of the IAM platform and provide third-level support (N3).

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in identity and access management (IAM).
• Good command of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO and MFA.
• Comfortable with PowerShell (SQL Server knowledge appreciated).
• Knowledge of common authentication standards (OAuth, SAML, etc.) and ability to diagnose synchronization issues.
• Experience in managing identity and access related incidents.
• Additional assets: Knowledge of Entra Connect, MTO, DevOps and Terraform.

EDUCATION:

• Federal VET Diploma in IT or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent

LANGUAGES:

• French and English B1
