In one of our residential groups for adults, we are looking for a Nursing Specialist HF / FH by arrangement.
The residents are physically severely restricted. This does not prevent them from learning, working, celebrating or travelling on holiday. And for that, they need you. As an employee, you enable them to live their everyday life and their dreams.

Completed training as a nurse HF/FH (with foreign diploma recognised by the SRK)
Commitment and enthusiasm for the care and support of young adults
Mental resilience, teamwork skills and motivation for responsible and independent work
Patience, social competence and flexibility
Practical experience with IT-supported nursing documentation
Your core tasks:
Function as a nursing specialist with service responsibility during day shifts
Collaboration in the foundation's nursing team (treatment care, training of non-specialist staff, cooperation with the foundation doctor)
Basic and treatment care of the residents
Ensuring nursing quality by implementing the respective standards and guidelines
Case management for one to two residents
Accompanying and supporting the residents in everyday life and leisure
Active participation in the further development of the residential group
Practical instruction of interns and trainees
Curious about a varied and demanding job with a lot of personal responsibility and scope for design?
