Role:
In this role, you take on specialist consulting in identity and access management and act as a "trusted advisor" for demanding customers. You accompany the entire lifecycle of IAM projects - from support in presales through conception to implementation and operation. You are responsible for advising customers and internal stakeholders purposefully with your profound know-how and successfully realising solutions. With your empathetic mindset and pronounced communication skills, you find it easy to convey complex content understandably and convince different stakeholder groups. In doing so, you contribute significantly to sustainably leading IAM initiatives to success.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for IAM projects from initial scoping to successful delivery.
- In this role, you act as the central contact person for all customer stakeholders, including C-level.
- You develop and document IAM strategies, target architectures, roadmaps and policies.
- As specialist consulting for identity and access management, you translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- You ensure that projects are delivered on time, within the agreed scope, budget and quality standards.
- In this role, you work closely with the implementation team and take on conceptual as well as architectural consulting, including leading workshops, project meetings and steering committees.
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in identity and access management (IAM) as well as in dynamic customer and project environments
- Solid practical experience in project management, ideally supported by relevant methodological knowledge
- Experience in a consulting environment and confident appearance towards customers
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
- Strong communication skills and willingness to actively interact with various stakeholders
- Willingness to work on-site at the customer if required and to flexibly switch between teamwork and independent work
