Building, configuring, and further developing Azure Red Hat OpenShift clusters
Automating deployments and operational processes with modern DevOps tools
Optimising CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with development and application teams
Monitoring, performance analysis, and continuous tuning of the container platform
Handling complex incidents, troubleshooting, and implementing network and security requirements
Qualifications:
Completed IT/computer science education and several years of professional experience in the cloud/platform environment
Solid experience with Azure and Red Hat OpenShift, including building and operating clusters
Good knowledge of DevOps, Ansible, Terraform, and automated deployment processes
Experience with cloud networking and security policies in containerised environments
Certification as Red Hat Certified OpenShift Administrator (EX280) and/or Azure certifications advantageous; very good German language skills
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
