Department Manager: Dairy / Eggs / Cheese
Responsibilities
- Your heart beats for nature: When the Dairy/Eggs/Cheese department is under your management, customers experience the products as if fresh from the farm.
- With your commitment, you ensure that the products are constantly available for sale and appealing to buy.
- If customers have questions or concerns, you provide competent and friendly information.
- With respect for your team, you create a pleasant team atmosphere.
Requirements
- Completed basic training in retail or equivalent professional experience in sales? Then you are right with us.
- You are familiar with sales and leadership in a comparable role.
- You have product knowledge in the Dairy/Eggs/Cheese area of responsibility? This gives you an advantage.
- You have full command of German – both written and spoken.
- You are flexible regarding working hours.
- You find it easy to familiarise yourself with new systems.
