What you can achieve with us

• Operations management: You are responsible for the smooth operation of four car parks
• Leadership & organisation: Not a classic office job. You are regularly present at the locations, lead your team and ensure uniform standards at all sites
• Technology & safety: You ensure the technical availability and operational safety of all systems in your area of responsibility
• Coordination: You coordinate maintenance and service work and work closely with suppliers and external service providers
• Administration & finance: You are responsible for billing, reporting, material management and support accounting with closings and evaluations

What you bring with you

• Professional foundation: You have completed a technical or commercial basic training with appropriate further education
• Technical understanding: You have practical experience in a technical operational environment
• Leadership experience: You lead people appreciatively and keep an overview even in demanding situations
• Digital competence: You use MS Office and SAP confidently and navigate digital systems securely
• Entrepreneurial thinking: You act solution-oriented, take responsibility and bring the necessary mobility and communication skills
