Role:

On behalf of a client, we are looking for a qualified professional for architectural planning and technical processing of versatile building projects in a professional Swiss architectural environment. You will independently create building permit, detail and execution plans for demanding residential and commercial buildings, public buildings as well as industrial and retail projects. The focus is on precise plan processing with ArchiCAD 28, digital 3D modelling and constructive elaboration of new build and conversion projects. The position combines sound draughting expertise with modern CAD planning and includes quality assurance of plan documents, processing of project changes and preparation of technical documentation.


Responsibilities:

  • Independent creation and processing of architectural plans for residential and commercial buildings, public buildings as well as industrial and commercial projects

  • Preparation of building permit, project, execution and detail plans according to the requirements of the respective SIA planning phases

  • Digital architectural planning with ArchiCAD 28 including 2D drawings, 3D building models and constructive plan processing

  • Development and draughting implementation of construction details for building envelope, façades, roof structures, interior fittings and technical connections

  • Processing of new build and conversion projects taking into account existing building fabric, technical requirements and building regulations

  • Implementation and coordination of plan changes due to project adjustments, specialist planner feedback and constructive clarifications

  • Control and quality assurance of plan documents regarding completeness, scale accuracy, plan status and technical consistency

  • Creation and maintenance of digital 3D building models as well as derivation of floor plans, sections, elevations and detail drawings

  • Support of project management in technical project processing including planning coordination, detail clarifications and preparation of decision-making bases

  • Coordination of architectural plans with specialist planner documents from structural engineering, building services and other special disciplines

  • Creation and updating of technical project documentation including plan lists, revision documents and construction-relevant documents

  • Preparation of plan documents for building permits, tenders and construction execution taking into account Swiss building standards and project-specific requirements


Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture with sound knowledge in architectural planning and building construction

  • Professional experience in creating building permit, execution and detail plans for building projects in new build or conversion

  • Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD 28, especially in 2D plan processing, 3D modelling and digital organisation of project documents

  • Solid understanding of building construction, materialisation and technical execution details as well as experience in draughting architectural specifications

  • Knowledge of the Swiss SIA planning phases and relevant building regulations as well as experience in reviewing and quality assuring plan documents

  • Experience in processing different building typologies, ideally in residential, commercial, public buildings, industrial or retail sectors

  • Good German language skills in spoken and written form for technical documentation, planning coordination and collaboration with project management and specialist planners
