Technical and personnel management of a specialist team with responsibility for its development.
Ensuring a powerful and resilient communication environment as well as continuous optimisation of existing solutions.
Joint design of the technical roadmap with business managers and other stakeholders.
Further development of operating models, quality standards and automation initiatives for a modern infrastructure.
Management of complex projects, resolution of goal conflicts and ensuring economical implementation.
Qualifications:
Proven leadership competence in a demanding technology, infrastructure or engineering function.
Higher education or university degree in computer science, telecommunications, systems engineering or a related field.
Very good understanding of IP networks, software-defined networking, security as well as observability and automation.
Manufacturer knowledge, for example from the Cisco or Huawei environment, as well as experience with access networks are advantageous.
Confident personality with strong communication skills, decisiveness and a sense of balance between innovation, stability and economic efficiency.
