ICT Systems Project Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 120,000Role:
You don’t just want to operate systems, but actively accompany customers in the further development of their IT in projects? In this position, you combine technical engineering with direct customer contact and take responsibility for diverse infrastructure projects. You work with modern Microsoft cloud technologies, further develop existing services, and contribute your own ideas to create sustainable and secure ICT solutions for SMEs.
Responsibilities:
You independently plan and implement infrastructure and cloud projects and coordinate other involved engineers if necessary.
You advise customers directly on-site and remotely and develop solutions that fit their operational requirements.
You manage and optimise the ICT infrastructures of various customers and ensure stable, secure operations.
You support the engineering team with demanding technical enquiries and the analysis of complex faults.
You implement new services and continuously develop existing customer solutions.
You create technical concepts, document system landscapes, and ensure comprehensible operational foundations.
You analyse customer needs, assess technical requirements, and derive suitable solution approaches.
You support presales with technical clarifications, solution concepts, and the preparation of customer offers.
You contribute improvement suggestions and actively shape the further development of the service portfolio.
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable technical qualification.
You have several years of professional experience in systems engineering or operating complex ICT environments.
You possess solid know-how in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and modern cloud services.
You have experience in capturing customer requirements, technically assessing them, and translating them into practical solutions.
You understand network technologies and the interrelations between clients, servers, cloud platforms, and security components.
You know basic security standards and understand how to reliably secure ICT infrastructures.
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and take responsibility for your tasks.
You think holistically, grasp new topics quickly, and contribute with high initiative.
You are service-oriented, flexible, and appreciate personal exchange with customers.
You communicate well in German and English and can explain technical matters clearly.
