Responsibilities:
- You handle inquiries regarding the applications in 2nd and 3rd level support and resolve them independently.
- In this role, you qualify and prioritise tickets and document all cases comprehensibly in the ticket system.
- You conduct technical deep analyses for complex errors and coordinate necessary adjustments.
- In this role, you maintain the internal knowledge base and create instructions as well as FAQs for recurring topics.
- You independently implement minor changes and further developments to the applications and support the team flexibly.
- In this role, you actively contribute to the further development of internal tools and AI solutions.
Qualifications:
- Completed IT training (higher vocational education or equivalent) and at least 5 years of professional experience
- Solid technical know-how of software applications, databases, and interfaces
- Confident handling of Windows, C#, .NET, SQL, and GIT
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style with binding adherence to deadlines and commitments
- Careful, comprehensible documentation as well as active maintenance of the knowledge base within the team
- Clear, customer-oriented communication and calm, solution-focused action even in stressful situations
