Head of Sales and Marketing Retail Steinfels Swiss, Winterthur, 80-100 %

Responsibilities

• You develop the sales market strategy for Steinfels Swiss and brand strategy for Sherpa Tensing and implement these successfully
• You actively drive expansion with private label products in Switzerland and Europe, strengthening Steinfels Swiss’s market position through growth
• You further develop the Sherpa Tensing brand, increasing awareness and market position
• You involve your team, promote their professional and personal development, and create a motivating working environment

Requirements

• You bring several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable role as well as successes in the sale of cosmetics and/or cleaning products
• You have experience with private label products from in-house development and production
• You are an inspiring and inclusive leader and want to contribute to our SME structure
• You think entrepreneurially, recognise market potentials, act customer-oriented, and convince with clear communication
