Your mission and responsibilities

Your mission is to participate in the development, updating, and implementation of the administrative and accounting procedures practised within the Early Childhood Sector Foundation of the University, according to the directives of the Early Childhood Service and the University of Geneva, under the supervision and in collaboration with the sector director. Your responsibilities: plan, process and organise the follow-up of family files, carry out invoicing; establish statistics; knowledge and mastery of software (KIBE, PROCONCEPT); maintain the sector's general accounting, prepare the annual closing; sort mail; answer phones and direct parents or colleagues. Be able to replace your colleague for all HR operations in case of absence.

Application conditions

According to the Early Childhood Collective Labour Agreement of the City of Geneva.
Accounting diploma or from a business school or training deemed equivalent.
Experience in accounting.
Proficiency in French (written, spoken, read) and common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to speak English is an advantage.
Be able to organise, plan and control your work.
Be autonomous and take initiative.
Have a sense of communication, team spirit and work in good humour.
Have very good stress resistance.
