CFC Polisher 100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
• Ensure the aesthetic quality of parts by respecting defined finishing criteria
• Guarantee compliance with quality standards, internal procedures and manufacturing deadlines
• Identify any non-conformities and implement appropriate corrective actions
• Carry out necessary dimensional and visual checks throughout the production process
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimise manufacturing processes
• Perform finishing operations on watch case components, including polishing and buffing

Profile

• CFC Polisher qualification
• Proven experience in polishing and buffing watch case components
• Knowledge of automatic or semi-automatic finishing processes appreciated
• Excellent manual dexterity and very good visual acuity
• Strong attention to detail, rigour and quality standards
• Proficiency with production-related computer tools
• Autonomous, organised person who enjoys teamwork
• Availability to work in shift patterns (2x8)
