EVAM (Vaud Establishment for Migrant Reception) is a major player in the Vaud public service. With more than 1,000 committed collaborators and an annual budget of 360 million francs, we ensure the reception, support, and integration of migrants in the canton of Vaud.

Due to a departure, we are recruiting a:

Social Worker (80%) - Permanent Contract

Location: Lucens (60%) + Support in nearby shelters (20%)
Start date: As soon as possible
Salary scale: 7 (this scale applies to validated prerequisites, otherwise classification is at level -1)

Your key missions

• You are responsible for administrative follow-up and social interviews.

• You implement personalised action plans.

• You support beneficiaries in social, professional, and administrative integration.

• You coordinate with internal and external partners.

• You ensure compliance with shelter rules.

Your profile

• You hold a Bachelor of Social Work (HES) (SEFRI recognition if foreign diploma).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and social insurances.

• You have excellent French (spoken and written); proficiency in English or other languages is an asset.

• You have a strong interest in the field of migration.

At the end of the process: request for a criminal record extract, special extract, and debt enforcement office certificate (blank documents required).
