ICT Operations Engineer 3rd Level 80-100% (a)

We would like to welcome you to our team immediately or by arrangement. The workload we envisage is between 80% and 100%. Your workplace is located in our office premises in Winterthur.

• Operation of the IT infrastructure for our managed services customers
• Analysing and processing service requests, incidents, problems and changes
• Close collaboration with our engineering teams
• Planning and execution of maintenance work in customer environments as well as internally
• Operation of our monitoring and event management
• Recognising customer needs and handing them over to our sales organisation

• Solid expertise in virtualisation and server technologies (hypervisors such as VMware, Hyper-V or KVM)
• Practical experience with Microsoft base infrastructure (AD, DNS, GPO) as well as virtual work environments (terminal server, VDI/Omnissa)
• Understanding of storage connectivity for infrastructures
• Good German skills as well as technical English skills
• Experience in the Microsoft environment (M365, Intune, Entra, GPO, hybrid setup)
