Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager HVAC / Energy & Building Technology for the planning and realisation of demanding medium and large projects. You develop technical solutions for modern heating, cooling, air conditioning, ventilation, and sanitary systems and accompany projects from conception to implementation. In doing so, you combine technical planning with cost and schedule control as well as the professional coordination of the project team. The focus is on future-proof, energy-efficient, and economical solutions in building technology.
Responsibilities:
Independent project management and project handling from planning to realisation
Development of solution concepts in the field of energy and building technology
Consulting clients and project participants on technical and energetic issues
Preparation of calculations, dimensioning, and technical project fundamentals
Creation and coordination of CAD planning documents and execution details
Responsibility for deadlines, project budget, and planning quality
Preparation and processing of tender and submission documents
Technical coordination with architecture, specialist planning, contractors, and other project participants
Professional leadership of assigned project staff and planners
Support in the professional training and further education within the project team
Accompaniment of execution as well as support in site management, commissioning, and acceptance
Central contact person for clients and external project partners
Qualifications:
Training as a building services planner EFZ in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, cooling, or sanitary or comparable technical basic training
Further education at HF/FH building technology level is an advantage
Several years of experience in planning and project management of building technology projects
Sound knowledge in at least one HVAC specialist discipline as well as a good understanding of cross-trade coordination
Confident handling of industry-standard CAD/planning tools and MS Office
Knowledge of relevant SIA/SWKI standards and Swiss planning practice
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
