What is my role?

• Professional telephone customer advice and active sales of products

• Receipt and processing of quotation requests and orders by phone, e-mail or online shop

• Comprehensive order processing from goods purchasing through calculation to deadline control

• Administrative support of the field service

• Solution-oriented handling of customer complaints

• Responsibility for a defined partial assortment including inventory management and marketing

• Personal and competent advice to customers in a state-of-the-art showroom

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a floor layer, interior decorator or carpenter

• Professional experience in a comparable position with commercial tasks, for example in sales administration or customer advice

• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact

• Customer-oriented demeanour and the ability to quickly establish good rapport with customers

• Resilience and pronounced organisational talent

• Ability to keep an overview even with several parallel tasks
