MAIN TASKS

In your role, you are responsible for growth-oriented and high-quality plastic and ceramic products. This particularly includes the following activities:

• Responsibility for a growth-oriented, high-quality and profitable product category in line with the strategic goals of the product line
• Creating market and competitor analyses and deriving the resulting requirements for the product range
• Central interface for new developments in close collaboration with R&D, production, sales and marketing, ensuring smooth introduction and marketing
• Coordination of market requirements for the product programme, responding to product- and range-specific enquiries and developing the basis for training and sales arguments for your products
• Independent work in cooperation with the product line manager as well as with the product managers in our national subsidiaries
• The workplace is in Jona, SG (Switzerland), willingness to travel occasionally within Europe is expected

PROFILE

For this challenge, you bring the following:

• Degree as an engineer, combined with further training in business administration
• Strong technical understanding and very good analytical skills
• Result orientation, initiative and drive for design
• Fluent German and English skills
• Experience in international product management is desirable.
