Role:
AI assistants in everyday work are no longer a future topic but concrete implementation work. This is exactly where your role begins. You will roll out Copilot company-wide, develop agents, and automate recurring processes. At the same time, you will contribute to the platform team’s Azure environment and consistently implement Infrastructure as Code. You will support departments with training and consulting to ensure the solutions are adopted.
Responsibilities:
You will introduce Microsoft Copilot, further develop it, and establish it company-wide
You will design, develop, and operate Copilot agents and automation solutions and identify automation potentials
You will participate in building, operating, and further developing the Azure cloud platform and automate provisioning using Infrastructure as Code
You will plan and conduct training and enablement measures and advise departments on Copilot, M365, and cloud
You will help shape governance and compliance topics, for example in information protection
You will also participate in incident, change, and problem management and take part in the on-call service
Qualifications:
You have completed training in computer science (EFZ, HF/FH or equivalent)
You have several years of experience in the Microsoft environment, ideally focusing on M365, Copilot, and Azure
You ideally have practical experience in cloud engineering / DevOps as well as Infrastructure as Code
You are very familiar with automation, especially with PowerShell
You have experience with AI, Copilot, or agent solutions or the motivation to learn about them
You bring knowledge in governance, compliance, and security as well as experience in IT service management
