Responsibilities:
Execution of sanitary installations during conversions, renovations and smaller construction projects
Adaptation, extension and renewal of existing water and wastewater installations
Assembly and replacement of sanitary facilities, fittings and appliances
Carrying out repair and maintenance work on sanitary installations
Troubleshooting and sealing leaks as well as checking installations for functionality
Implementation of installation work based on technical plans and structural requirements
Independent organisation and execution of work on the construction site or directly at the customer
Coordination of workflows with site managers, other tradespeople and internal specialist departments
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as a sanitary installer EFZ or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in the sanitary sector, ideally in conversions, renovations and small projects
Good knowledge of installation and maintenance of water and wastewater systems
Manual dexterity and a pronounced technical understanding
Independent, reliable and careful working style
Category B driving licence advantageous
Very good German language skills
