Intern in Environmental Science and Engineering (July to December 2026) (m/f/d) 80-100%

We are looking for our Environmental Branch in Lausanne (VD), an Intern in Environmental Science and Engineering from January to June 2026 (m/f/d) 80-100%.

Your tasks

• Participate in ongoing studies (environmental impact studies, quarries, river restoration, noise studies, waste management and site monitoring, etc.) while being supervised within a dynamic and experienced team

• Carry out field surveys, measurements and data collection

• Model using technical software (GIS, 3D acoustics, etc.)

• Contribute to the preparation of reports, plans and maps in the aforementioned fields

The position involves field surveys which may take place early in the morning or late in the day. Availability to carry out these interventions in the Lausanne region is required

Your profile

• Student at EPF/HES/UNI in Environmental Science and Engineering or equivalent training, recently graduated Bachelor or Master. Applications from persons graduated for more than 6 months cannot be considered

• Good knowledge of GIS tools (ArcGIS, QGIS) and Office (Excel, etc.)

• Holder of a driving licence

• Dynamic and autonomous personality with a sense of initiative

• Analytical and synthetic mind and ease of writing
