- Ensure monitoring and quality assurance of matters and files for the office management, department or Federal Council

What makes you unique
- Degree from a university (in earth sciences, environmental sciences, communication, humanities or public management)
- Excellent communication skills, ease in writing in a style adapted to the recipients, good linguistic sensitivity
- Knowledge of the Swiss political system and its decision-making process
- Analytical ability and synthesis skills, goal and result orientation, ability to work in a team and service orientation
- Good active knowledge of at least one other official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language and good knowledge of English
