What you can contribute to

• Collaborate on specialised tasks and multi-thematic projects (electromobility, renewable energies, …)
• Ensure monitoring and quality assurance of matters and files for the office management, department or Federal Council
• Support the division organisationally and assist in organising events
• If necessary, conduct information research and perform administrative tasks

What makes you unique

• Degree from a university (in earth sciences, environmental sciences, communication, humanities or public management)
• Excellent communication skills, ease in writing in a style adapted to the recipients, good linguistic sensitivity
• Knowledge of the Swiss political system and its decision-making process
• Analytical ability and synthesis skills, goal and result orientation, ability to work in a team and service orientation
• Good active knowledge of at least one other official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language and good knowledge of English
