- Operation, handling and maintenance of all technical systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, cooling, water treatment, emergency power)
- Monitoring and operation of fire alarm and sprinkler systems, electrical systems as well as lift and stair systems
- Minor repair and maintenance work in the building and for tenants
- Energy data collection and keeping work reports
- Carrying out opening and closing rounds
- Assisting with the setup and dismantling of exhibitions and decorations
- On-call duty in rotation (availability of the operation within 30 minutes)
- Completed vocational training in a technical or craft field (e.g. electrical, sanitary, HVAC or similar)
- Experience in building technology or facility management is an advantage
- Independent, reliable and careful working style
- Team spirit and high commitment, also at off-peak times
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Enjoyment of varied tasks in a lively environment
- Versatile and responsible work in a dynamic company
