You support customers and partners in 2nd-level support with demanding questions regarding a defined Abacus application.
You analyse complex issues and develop precise, practical solutions.
You actively participate in quality assurance and provide your feedback for the further development of the software and user experience.
You conduct training sessions for Abacus users and convey knowledge clearly and practically.
You document solutions and assistance, ensuring sustainable know-how transfer.
Qualifications:
You have a basic education or further training in computer science or business administration.
You bring analytical thinking and IT affinity as well as ideally experience with software solutions and technical understanding.
You work solution-oriented, enjoy communicating with different stakeholders and actively tackle challenges.
You are eager to learn, curious and proactive, ask questions and contribute your own ideas.
Your German skills are flawless both written and spoken.
