Our High Voltage Products division is a globally recognized leader in power transmission and distribution. The Service Unit provides comprehensive worldwide after-sales support for Generator Circuit Breaker (GCB) systems and Gas-Insulated Switchgear (GIS). This includes everything from training, installation, and commissioning to scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and complex retrofits.
Operating out of our Product Service Center in Zurich, we supply local customers across the globe with essential materials and components. As a Project Manager, you will hold commercial responsibility for your business cases, managing the entire lifecycle from order entry to final delivery and payment.

End-to-End Monitoring: Proactively manage and track your projects to ensure all milestones are met on time.

Global Collaboration: Maintain cooperative and transparent communication with our Local Service Centers around the world.

Interface Management: Coordinate all internal stakeholders-from Sales to Logistics-to ensure the reliable provision of necessary freight and customs documentation.

Crisis Management: Take the lead on escalations and head task forces to resolve unexpected challenges efficiently.

Process Evolution: Contribute to the continuous improvement and global harmonization of our logistics and supply chain structures.
Your Background:

Education: A technical apprenticeship paired with further professional education (TS / HF / FH) or a university degree with a strong focus on Operations.

Experience: Several years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced international environment.

Language Skills: Business-level fluency in German and a strong command of English (written and spoken).

Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with ERP systems; SAP expertise (specifically within SD/SO modules and related interfaces) is highly preferred.

Mindset: A curious, eager-to-learn, and loyal team player with the ambition to grow into leadership or advanced specialist roles in the future.
