Export Administrator International 80-100% (m/f/d)
Our client is a successful Swiss technology company specialising in modern material and composite solutions. Responsibilities:
Handling international customer orders including quotations, order management, scheduling, and invoicing
Preparation of calculations, sales documents, and export documentation for worldwide deliveries
Organisation and monitoring of transport processes in Europe, overseas, and cross-trade business
Managing customer enquiries and supporting technical and commercial questions
Maintaining sales administration with a focus on returns management, complaints, and payment processes
Supporting matters related to foreign trade, customs clarifications, and international regulations
Conducting inventory checks, warehouse evaluations, and sample deliveries
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship, ideally with further training in export/foreign trade
Several years of experience in international inside sales or customer service in an industrial company
Practical knowledge of complete order processing from A to Z
Confident use of MS Office and experience with ERP systems such as SAP and CRM solutions is an advantage
Structured, independent, and customer-oriented working style with strong organisational skills
Willingness to occasionally visit customers and attend trade fairs
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
