Project Manager Ventilation 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

As a Project Manager Ventilation, you are responsible for the planning, coordination, and supervision of ventilation projects. You independently manage projects in the residential construction sector (approx. 50% of the projects) and ensure the professional implementation of ventilation concepts. Your tasks include technical planning, cost calculation, scheduling, as well as communication with clients, architects, and other project participants.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a building services planner specialising in ventilation with appropriate further education or several years of professional experience in ventilation technology

• Experience in project management, ideally in residential construction

• Confident use of common planning software

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Technical understanding and enjoyment of working with various project participants
