Role:
As a finance and corporate controlling specialist at our ROCKEN partner, you take professional responsibility for the accounting of several companies. You ensure reliable financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER and create sound decision-making bases with analyses and reports. In addition, you further develop controlling and financial processes and support integrations and cross-departmental projects.
Responsibilities:
You hold professional responsibility for financial accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting of several companies.
You ensure accurate and timely financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER and are responsible for VAT returns and tax declarations.
You analyse business development and prepare meaningful reports and business evaluations.
You conduct controlling for several companies and further develop existing instruments.
You actively participate in budgeting, forecasts and medium-term planning.
You optimise financial processes, internal controls and digital solutions and support their further development.
You accompany integrations and projects in collaboration with the involved departments.
Qualifications:
A further education in finance and accounting or fiduciary services or a business degree forms your professional foundation.
You bring several years of experience in finance and accounting as well as confidence in financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER.
You have practical experience in setting up, further developing or performing controlling tasks.
You are interested in digitalisation, process optimisation and cross-departmental projects and like to contribute to their implementation.
You combine a strong affinity for IT with solid knowledge of ERP systems and Excel.
You complement analytical thinking with a pragmatic and solution-oriented working style.
You are characterised by initiative, a sense of responsibility and enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders.
You are willing to visit the supported companies and locations within Switzerland.
