System Administrator / System Engineer 2nd/3rd Level Support 80–100%

Exciting tasks await:

• You provide 2nd and 3rd level support for workstations, servers and network infrastructure and resolve complex faults sustainably.
• You operate, monitor and optimise the network and firewall infrastructure, especially with FortiGate (rule sets, VPN, segmentation, changes and troubleshooting).
• You administer Active Directory (users, groups, GPO, permissions, certificates, DNS/DHCP).
• You operate Windows and Linux servers (installation, configuration, patching, monitoring, backup/restore).
• You provide weekly on-call duty (approx. every 6 weeks) and occasional deployments outside office hours (maintenance windows, fault rectification).

What you bring:

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ (system technology), professional examination/higher professional examination, HF/FH) advantageous or equivalent qualification
• Sound knowledge of Active Directory, group policies and Windows Server/Client
• Very good network knowledge (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working method
• High reliability, discretion and strong sense of responsibility
