For a Swiss production company in Zofingen, we are looking for a person for the internal service team D/F
Your Tasks
- Support of assigned customers within the framework of the customer care concept
- Answer price enquiries
- Create quotations and process orders
- Support sales advisors, account managers and key account managers
- Create general sales correspondence and shipping documents
- Process visit reports and maintain customer and master data
- Send samples and documentation
Our Requirements
- Commercial basic training or technical training with experience in internal service
- Outgoing, positive personality with assertiveness
- High degree of independence and initiative
- Fluent French skills mandatory
- Very good MS Office skills
