Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded individual as Senior Client Representative to manage complex real estate, new build, renovation and development projects. You represent professional clients and investors throughout all relevant project phases and take overall responsibility for project organisation, costs, schedules, quality and decision-making processes. In addition to operational project management, you advise clients at a strategic level, lead external planning and execution partners, and actively contribute your network to acquisition and business development. The position thus combines demanding client representation with real estate development and entrepreneurial responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Assuming client representation and overall project management for complex real estate projects
Leading new build, renovation, conversion and development projects
Strategic advice to investors, owners and professional clients
Leading and coordinating architects, specialist planners, experts, general contractors and other project partners
Responsibility for cost, schedule, quality and risk management
Developing project strategies, project organisations and implementation models
Preparing feasibility analyses, project and construction descriptions as well as decision-making bases
Developing and monitoring budgets, investment costs and schedules
Preparing and leading client, project and steering meetings
Supporting planner selection, tenders, awards and contract processes
Continuous project controlling and reporting to clients and investors
Building, maintaining and further developing customer and business partner networks
Active participation in acquisition, sales, offers and business development
Standardising and optimising project management processes and internal procedures
Qualifications:
Education as FH/ETH Architect, FH/ETH Civil Engineer or comparable qualification
Further training in real estate management, real estate, project management or business administration is an advantage
Many years of professional experience in client representation and project management
Proven experience with demanding new build, renovation and real estate development projects
Sound knowledge of Swiss SIA phases, construction processes and contract models
Very good knowledge in cost, schedule, quality and risk management
Experience in advising investors and professional real estate clients
Strong acquisition and sales skills as well as an existing network in the Swiss real estate and construction environment
Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
