Role:
On an exclusive mandate, we are looking for a committed individual for an innovative Swiss industrial company. The company specialises in the development and manufacture of high-quality plastic parts and technical components, combining state-of-the-art production methods with many years of technical know-how.

Responsibilities:
In this versatile payroll role, you take full responsibility for a professional and smooth monthly payroll run.
You ensure that all personnel and payroll data from entries through changes to exits are processed and checked correctly.
You independently handle complex cases involving illness, accident, parenthood, unpaid absences, or withholding tax and ensure correct processing with insurance companies and authorities.
As an important interface between HR and Finance, you are responsible for payroll reconciliations, account assignments, payroll journals, and transferring relevant data to financial accounting.
You contribute to annual financial statements and declarations, prepare meaningful evaluations, and competently support internal and external contacts with payroll questions.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education as well as further training in HR or payroll, ideally as an HR specialist with a federal professional certificate.
You bring several years of experience in Swiss payroll accounting and personnel administration.
You are well versed in the Swiss payroll and social insurance system and familiar with AHV, ALV, BVG, UVG, withholding tax, daily sickness benefits, and family allowances.
Very good to excellent knowledge of Abacus Payroll/HR as well as a strong numerical and process understanding characterise you.
You communicate flawlessly in German, both orally and in writing.
