Project Manager Sanitary & Heating (m/f/d)
Role:
In this position, you will lead sanitary and heating projects from planning to commissioning. You coordinate schedules, costs and quality, provide technical advice and ensure efficient project implementation.
Responsibilities:
Overall management of sanitary and heating projects from planning to handover
Responsibility for schedules, costs and quality as well as coordination of all project participants
Preparation of quotations and technical project management up to commissioning
Technical customer advice and development of efficient, sustainable solutions
Qualifications:
Completed training as a sanitary or heating installer with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
Further training, e.g. project manager building services, technician HF or equivalent
Several years of experience in project management
Driving licence category B
Confident handling of technical plans, standards and installed systems
Good German language skills, spoken and written
