Splunk SIEM Engineer (m/f/d)

- You take responsibility for the introduction and further development of a platform with the required functions
- Your tasks include the development and implementation of SIEM solutions using Splunk to ensure efficient service monitoring and security monitoring
- You create and manage complex Splunk search queries and reports to identify and assess security incidents
- Furthermore, you analyse data and logs to identify security vulnerabilities and ensure service quality
- You stay up to date with the latest developments in Splunk technology and SIEM best practices
Qualifications:
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science or a comparable field
- Your experience includes proven knowledge in data analysis, especially in the area of service monitoring and security monitoring with Splunk as a SIEM solution
- You are proficient in using Splunk query languages for SIEM purposes and have experience in identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities as well as ensuring service quality
- Additionally, you possess excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
