AVOR Specialist CNC (m/f/d)

On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced AVOR specialist for the planning, calculation and preparation of industrial manufacturing orders. The company operates in mechanical manufacturing and metal processing and has modern CNC machining processes. The focus is on preparing quotations, calculating CNC turned and milled parts, and economically planning production processes. You will take on technical order preparation and support the timely and cost-efficient handling of demanding customer orders.
Responsibilities:
Independent work preparation and planning of CNC manufacturing orders
Preparation of quotations, manufacturing calculations and technical cost assessments
Review and evaluation of technical drawings, customer requirements and manufacturing documents
Calculation of machine running times, material costs and machining efforts in CNC turning and CNC milling
Creation and management of work plans, parts lists and production data in the ERP system
Coordination of production dates, production capacities and technical requirements with internal departments
Optimisation of manufacturing processes, calculation bases and production costs
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ or comparable training in the field of machining technology
Several years of professional experience in CNC manufacturing, work preparation or technical calculation
Sound knowledge of CNC turning and CNC milling, especially regarding processing times, manufacturing methods and tool selection
Experience in calculating manufacturing costs, preparing technical quotations and working with ERP systems
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
