Customer Advisor
You know how to do it well
- You advise the insured, point out any gaps, and support them in their internal and external procedures to ensure they have optimal coverage, whether by phone or in writing.
- Through your commitment, you will contribute day by day to ensuring our customers are perfectly satisfied.
- You will attract new customers with your enthusiasm for our products.
- In case of complex requests, you will gather relevant information from our various departments.
- Thanks to your sales talent, you identify customer needs and offer the ideal solutions from our portfolio.
What characterises you
- Completion of basic training and initial professional experience in sales
- Interest in sales – ideally experience in this field
- A AFA insurance intermediary qualification or willingness to obtain it promptly
- A strong customer and service orientation
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written – any other language would be a considerable asset
