- Regular execution of migrations and upgrades
- Demanding 2nd and 3rd level support
- Troubleshooting
- Jointly managing change, problem, and incident management within the team
- Technical customer consulting in the client area
- Proven professional experience in operating server and client environments
- Knowledge in software packaging using SCCM
- Resilient team player with a sense of responsibility
- Fluent German skills and solid English skills
- Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, SCCM etc.) are an advantage
- Team colleagues consisting of specialists with motivating team spirit and a sense of humour
- Flat hierarchies and fast decision-making processes
