What to expect:

• As a Professional System Engineer, you are at the forefront with the customer when it comes to the implementation or migration of Modern Workplace

• You support our customers in the operation and further development of their Modern Workplace environments

• Additionally, you support with your broad basic knowledge in the M365 cloud area

• Implementing Modern Workplace concepts including GPO strategy

• Collecting, documenting and introducing new Modern Workplace features

• Support with operational problems within the scope of 3rd level support

• Occasional on-call duty

What you bring:

• Practical experience in the Modern Workplace area in medium to large IT environments, ideally at an IT service provider

• You enjoy direct customer contact, also on site, and can provide clear and audience-appropriate communication on technical concepts and solutions

• You also bring a high level of service and solution-oriented as well as independent working style

• You are interested in the entire M365 cosmos and want to continue your education in it

• Good knowledge in the Modern Workplace environment, especially in the area of Intune and Apps for Enterprise

• Basic knowledge of SCCM / MECM rounds off your profile

• You have good analytical skills to identify and resolve technical problems

• Excellent German and good English skills are a must
