Your tasks
- As the first point of contact, you ensure a friendly, professional and solution-oriented initial contact with our customers.
- In your hub function, you support employees with a variety of administrative tasks and are responsible for entries in various IT recording tools.
- With your careful working method, you prepare invoices and complaints and contribute to smooth execution.
- Together with other specialist departments of the Veterinary Service, you support various administrative processes and promote close cooperation.
- With your ideas, you contribute to the further development of processes and the creation of work instructions.
Your profile
- You have completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ or as a veterinary medical practice assistant EFZ, ideally supplemented by experience in clerical work.
- You are confident in handling digital work tools and common MS Office applications.
- With an independent, careful and structured working style, you keep an overview even in a versatile and sometimes hectic working day.
- Due to your open, empathetic and service-oriented manner, you appreciate contact with people and enjoy working in a team.
- Even in demanding conversational situations, you appear confident, respectful and solution-oriented and express yourself fluently both orally and in writing.
