For our client, a renowned company in the insurance industry, we are looking for a reliable and digitally savvy individual as Employee Input Service Digital (m/f/d). In this varied role, you will be responsible for the digital processing of incoming information and documents, thereby supporting efficient handling in various insurance areas.

Your Tasks

• Digital indexing and processing of incoming professional and technical emails
• Processing of documents from the P&C claims, legal protection, and pension sectors
• Digital indexing and processing of incoming mail
• Digitisation of external data carriers according to standards
• Preparation of data for the claims department
• Ensuring efficient and careful data processing

Your Profile

• Commercial training, further education in the insurance sector, or 3-4 years of professional experience, ideally in the insurance industry
• Confident German language skills as well as French skills at least at a basic level
• Very good MS Office skills and enjoyment in working with various IT systems
• Strong technical affinity and quick comprehension
• Precise, structured, and reliable working style, even under time pressure
• Team-oriented, flexible, and open personality
• Initiative, organisational strength, and sense of responsibility
