Specialist in Finance and Accounting 80-100% (m/f/d)

- Managing the general ledger and reconciling subsidiary ledgers for a smooth financial close.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER to comply with accounting standards.
- Monitoring payment transactions and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
- Handling tax declarations and supporting tax planning to optimise the tax burden.
- Preparation of analyses and reports for management to support well-founded decisions.
- Collaboration with external auditors and authorities to ensure compliance.
- Optimising processes in the finance area to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Supporting budget planning and forecasting to secure the company’s financial future.
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial basic training and further education as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma.
- Sound knowledge of IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER for confident application of accounting standards.
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in an international environment.
- Good IT skills, ideally in SAP or Abacus, for efficient handling of financial processes.
- Analytical skills and a good understanding of numbers to conduct thorough financial analyses.
- Teamwork skills and a reliable, structured working style for smooth collaboration within the team.
- Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage.
