Responsibilities:
- Procurement of raw materials, materials and services according to the requirements of the various departments
- Monitoring and maintaining supplier relationships, including negotiating prices, contract terms and delivery deadlines
- Creating orders and ensuring timely delivery to avoid disruption of the production process
- Planning and controlling the flow of goods to optimise inventory levels and avoid bottlenecks
- Close collaboration with other departments such as production, warehousing and sales to ensure smooth information flow
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in the procurement process
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training
Proven professional experience in purchasing or dispatching
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret complex data
Organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure and set priorities
Confident use of MS Office applications and ERP systems
Fluent German skills, English advantageous
