Responsibilities:
- You are fully responsible for managing the headquarters
- In the role of HR Business Partner, you advise, coach and support senior management and our employees in all HR topics and HR processes (recruitment & onboarding, support & retention, development, exit)
- You contribute to the realignment of the group and to HR projects
Qualifications:
- Basic training with relevant further education in HR
- Several years of experience in a comparable role
- Enjoyment in advising and hands-on work
- Native German speaker, good knowledge of French
