We act as ONE team for the success of SRG. Together with other departments, Finance is responsible for strategic management, targeted resource allocation, and creating transparency for sustainable decisions.
Head of Technical FM North & East
This is your contribution
As Head of Technical FM North & East, you and your teams are committed day by day at various locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland to the following topics:
- Ensuring (7x24) the technical operation, systems, and energy supply at all SRG locations in the region
- Optimised operation within the framework of annually concluded Service Level Agreements with the site managers and regional customers
- Promotion, safeguarding, and development of professional know-how in Technical Facility Management
- Continuous development of employees, operational FM processes, and optimal operational organisation
- Your approximately 18 employees and various external providers at different locations
- Periodic supra-regional collaboration also with the South (RSI) and West (RTS) regions in the interest of optimised and uniform operational management and for one SRG
This is what inspires us
- Higher education (FH, HF, BSc/MSc) in HVAC, building automation, or facility management with a focus on building systems
- Many years of leadership experience in the operation of critical infrastructures (hospital, airport, production, laboratory, data centre, etc.)
- Solid experience in building services, building automation, energy & environment, project management, and construction-related FM
- Excellent experience and expertise in negotiations and contract management
- Good experience in dealing with various internal and external stakeholders or interest groups
- Leadership experience in complex, multicultural, and cross-site and language organisations (D/F)
