What to expect

• In the role of IT Application Manager, you will work in the agile Corporate Services crew and take responsibility for several applications.
• You will manage our HR, finance, and other business applications, including the associated interfaces to other systems.
• Together with our external partners, you will ensure the smooth operation of the applications. You will analyse and resolve issues in second-level support and coordinate third-level support if necessary.
• You will manage and coordinate our external software partners and ensure compliance with technical, operational, and security-related requirements.
• You will be responsible for the technical lifecycle management of the applications, planning and coordinating upgrades, maintenance, and interface adjustments.
• You will actively contribute to the further development of existing and the introduction of new applications, implementing technical and professional requirements in collaboration with product owners, business analysts, departments, and external suppliers.

What you bring

• Solid education in (business) informatics or comparable professional experience.
• Very good knowledge in application management, ideally in supporting HR, finance, or other business applications.
• Experience in operating applications and their interfaces as well as a basic understanding of integration technologies.
• Experience working with external IT service providers and software suppliers is an advantage.
• Enjoyment of agile working methods and initial experience in an agile team.
• A structured, independent working style and a strong service and quality orientation.
• Quick comprehension, strong analytical skills, and enjoyment of collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Practical experience in agile working methods rounds off your profile.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form. English is no obstacle for you when dealing with suppliers and documentation.
