Tasks

• You support us in the technical maintenance of the facilities and are responsible for the infrastructure
• Your concern is to ensure the smooth operation of the Karussell shopping centre
• You are committed to the safety of people and assets
• You apply your skills in the setup and dismantling of our diverse centre events and occasions
• You maintain the surroundings with professional expertise

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training as a facility maintenance specialist or a comparable qualification (e.g. caretaker, sanitary/heating or ventilation technician)
• Your German language skills and basic knowledge of MS Office are an important part
• You have gained experience in technical service or caretaking and hold a category B driving licence
• You are willing to be flexible with working hours due to opening times including Saturdays
• You have knowledge in handling technical systems (e.g. building management system, fire alarm system)
