HR Specialist (80 - 100 %)
Your tasks
- Advising and supporting employees and managers in all personnel-related matters (recruitment, remuneration, development, support, exit)
- Professional support in demanding discussions as well as recognising and deriving the need for action
- Professional accompaniment of employees during absences and return to the workplace
- Participation in personnel law clarifications and implementation of personnel-related measures
- Active involvement in managing and monitoring the workload overview, considering contractual, personnel law and organisational requirements
- Preparation of decision-making bases and evaluations for managers and school management
- Active participation in the design, implementation and further development of HR processes and projects in the Personnel | Finance area
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training with further education as an HR specialist with a federal diploma or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Swiss labour and personnel law
- Experience in advising and supporting managers and employees
- Enjoyment of diverse operational as well as strategic tasks
- High service orientation
- Implementation-strong, networked thinking, empathetic personality with a solution-oriented hands-on mentality

Your working environment
At the Commercial-Industrial Training Centre Zug (GIBZ), 250 employees work: 220 teachers and lecturers and 30 service staff. Around 2100 learners attend classes in 28 different basic training professions. 200 students attend courses in higher vocational education (HBB) and professional development.
