In the training Commercial Employee EFZ (Health Sector), you can expect a varied working day. You will gain insight into the healthcare system of Switzerland and the various areas of a dynamic healthcare company. Through regular department changes, you will get to know the following administrative specialist areas and their working environments: 1st year of training: Patient Administration: You process administrative information related to treatments and therapies - carefully, discreetly and always well organised. Patient Admission: You welcome patients and ensure that their administrative care runs smoothly. 2nd year of training: Purchasing & Logistics: You assist with ordering medical supplies / office materials and help ensure that everything is in the right place at the right time. Financial Accounting: You gain insight into financial accounting and assist with invoice verification. 3rd year of training: HR: You help create and manage employment contracts, maintain personnel data and learn about the administrative processes related to human resources. Finance: In cost accounting, you gain insight into the billing of costs / services of a hospital according to the applicable tariffs.
