They are free from conflicts of interest and have sufficient time available.

Your profile

You are an inclusive, independent, integrous, and authentic leader with proven experience at the highest strategic and/or operational level; ideally in larger, complex organisations. You have good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and a functioning network. You understand political processes, public corporate governance, and institutional framework conditions. You have successfully shaped transformation processes and can bring relevant stakeholders along on this journey. Ideally, you already have experience as a Chairperson of a Board of Directors. You convince through high communication skills, decisiveness, and assertiveness. The ability to work in a structured manner within committees as well as a strong presence and willingness to actively maintain relationships internally and externally complete your profile. The chairmanship is expected to require about 30 percent of a full-time position.

About Solothurner Spitäler AG
